All your orders are packed with care so they arrive intact. If an item is delivered damaged please contact us immediately and provide photos as evidence so that the issue is resolved as quickly as possible. 

All of the sample perfume are 100% authentic freshly hand decanted directly from the original manufacturers bottle.

Due to the high volume of orders there can be delays in fulfilling orders.

If for some reason there is an issue with your order and the items are in the original condition and has not been opened or used, you have 7 days to contact us from the date you received your items and 14 days from receiving your delivery to return 

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellations

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

We process orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, we may be unable to stop or cancel it. 

Refunds

Returns are available within 14 days. Please contact us within 7 days. Items must be in their original packaging and unopened and a photo must be provided.

WE DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS ON OUR 5 FOR £10 1ML SETS

Perfume Samples

Our fragrances are decanted into sample atomisers for sampling purposes and are not supplied in the original manufacturer's retail packaging. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of fragrance samples that have been opened, unsealed or used where a lawful exception applies. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.

Delivery and Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may take time to update. A lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean your order has not been sent.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate. Sale orders are final. No Returns
