All your orders are packed with care so they arrive intact. If an item is deliverd damaged please contact us immediately and provied photos as evendence so that the issue is resolved as quickly as possable. 

All of the sample perfume are 100% authentic freshly hand decanted directly from the origal manufacturers bottle.

Due to the high volume of orders there can be delays in furfilling orders.

If for some reason there is an issue with your order and the items are in the original condition and has not been opened or used, you have 7 days to contact us from the date you received your items and 14 days from receiving your delivry to return
