Orders are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Europe.

United Kingdom

United States & Canada

Authenticity Statement

  • All full-size fragrance bottles sold by Scented Sample are original and authentic.

  • Fragrance samples are decanted from original, authentic full-size bottles and are clearly sold and labelled as samples.

  • Scented Sample is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any brand or trademark owner.

Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers must contact Scented Sample within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return.

  • Approved returns must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
