Scented Sample is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any brand owner. All brand names and trademarks are used solely for identification and reference purposes.

All fragrances are 100% authentic.
1ml, 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml products are fragrance samples, which are lawfully decanted from genuine products and repackaged into plain, unbranded clear glass atomisers. These samples are not supplied in original branded retail packaging, and no logos or trademarks are used.

Full-size bottles, where sold, are authentic and supplied in their original manufacturer packaging.

Any images displaying original brand bottles are for illustrative reference only and do not represent the packaging of sample products. You can return your faulty items within 14 days after receipt of delivery, please contact us via our website within 7 days of delivery

Order Cancellations

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

We process orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, we may be unable to stop or cancel it. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our returns procedure, subject to your statutory cancellation rights.

Refunds

Returns are available within 14 days. Please contact us within 7 days. Items must be in their original packaging and unopened and a photo must be provided.

Perfume Samples

Our fragrances are decanted into sample atomisers for sampling purposes and are not supplied in the original manufacturer's retail packaging. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of fragrance samples that have been opened, unsealed or used where a lawful exception applies. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.

Delivery and Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may take time to update. A lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean your order has not been sent.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate.
